What time should we arrive?
Doors open at 9:00 PM and the first stage block usually starts around 11:00 PM. Thursday to Saturday the room fills early, so arrive before 11 if you want to settle in without queuing. Last entry is 3:00 AM and we close at 4:00 AM.
What is the dress code?
Smart elegant. No shorts, sportswear, flip-flops or work wear. Management reserves the right of admission, so if you are unsure about an outfit, message us on WhatsApp before you travel.
Do we need to book a table?
Walk-ins are welcome when there is space, but a reserved table guarantees your seat and a dedicated server for the night. Wednesday through Saturday we strongly recommend booking at least a week ahead. Send a request here.

Can you host a birthday or corporate night?
Yes — from groups of 12 through to full-venue buyouts, with custom bottle packages, celebration setups and invoicing in AED. Start with the private events section or message the team on WhatsApp.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking at Grand Excelsior Hotel. If you would rather not drive, Mall of the Emirates Metro Station on the Red Line is about a ten-minute walk away.
What currency do you accept?
All pricing is in UAE Dirhams (AED) and subject to applicable taxes and service charge. Major cards and cash are accepted at the venue.
